Luke Simpson, Year 8, recently competed in the West Wales Indoor Athletics Championships held in Swansea. This was his second race competing in the U15 boys, came 1st in his heat with a PB of 8.49 making it through to final. In the final he came 4th and gained another PB with a time of 8.36.

Many congratulations to Saskia Webb Year 11 for your fantastic achievements representing Wales at the World Para Swimming - World Series 2023 in Berlin.
Congatulations to Saskia Webb who recently participated in the CITI World Para Series swimming championships. Saskia swam in the 200m freestyle, 100m backstroke & 100m butterfly in Open age group & placed in the top 27, swimming against world class competitors & Olympians.

Toby Harris, Year 7 took part in the 5k run in Tenby on Sunday. Toby took a podium position, coming in 3rd place for the junior athletes, with an amazing time of 20 minutes.
Congratulations to James Harris, Year 9 took part in the 42 mile wales sportive on Saturday. James came in top ten position out of the whole field, junior and adult.

Many congratulations to Harri Tudur / Henry Tudor Streetdance Group 'YHT Collective', who came first at a U DO IT dance competition in Cardiff last week. They are through to final in Coventry in July.
